Car issues delay republican voting in Hancock County
HANCOCK COUNTY -- Voting has resumed in Hancock County after car issues delayed republican ballots for about an hour, officials said.
Officials with the Hancock County Circuit Clerk's Office said a poll worker who had GOP ballots and voting equipment had car issues and wasn't able to get to the Dedeaux voting location for the 7 a.m. start time"Sometimes events outside of our control happen," Karen Ladner Ruhr, circuit clerk, said. "We're glad the poll is now running smoothly."
